Muchos asocian los bellísimos frescos de esta pequeña iglesia de San Antonio de los Alemanes con la Capilla Sixtina del Vaticano por los frescos que llenan totalmente el techo y las paredes de esta nave con forma elíptica situada en la Calle de La Puebla, 20, Madrid.

Theo Jansen, nueva especie de criaturas pueblan la Tierra Theo Jansen, new species of creatures inhabit the Earth

Una nueva especie de criaturas han nacido en 1980 (https://www.strandbeest.com/) y se refugian las playas de Holanda. Se alimentan sólo del viento que las mueve y las empuja donde él quiere que vayan. Su padre Theo Jansen las ha ido creando y evolucionando desde entonces y siente un gran orgullo de que le transciendan cuando el ya no esté y que algún día pueblen toda la Tierra. 

A new species of creatures were born in 1980 (https://www.strandbeest.com/) and took refuge in Holland beaches. They feed only from the wind that moves them and pushes them where it wants them to go. Their father's Theo Jansen has created and evolved them since then and feels a great pride they will transcend when has been gone and one day populate the entire earth.

Star Wars Face the Force en las calles de Madrid Star Wars face the force in Madrid streets

En las calles de Madrid abuelos, adultos y niños se agolpan ante los cascos de los personajes de la próxima e inminente entrega de la saga Star Wars en los cines. El Ayuntamiento de Madrid ha colocado en 8 puntos estratégicos de la ciudad estos cascos de 3 metros de altura ante los cuales la gente se arremolina y hace turno para inmortalizarse en una foto delante de ellos.

On the streets of Madrid grandparents, adults and children crowd around the helmets of the characters of next and imminent delivery of the Star Wars saga in theaters. Madrid City Council has placed in 8 strategic points of the city these helmets 3 meters high to which people  swirls and makes turn for been immortalized in a photo in front of them.

Parque del Retiro se cubre de Otoño.Retiro Park is covered with Autumn.

Como cada año los Castaños de Indias del Parque del Retiro de Madrid son los primeros en avisarnos que el otoño ha llegado tornando su color verde a rojizo, como si fuese una bandera y cubriendo los paseos con una alfombra de hojas que crujen a nuestro paso.

Su fruto maduro, la castaña que no se puede comer, cae de forma natural al suelo envuelta en su funda verde y espinosa que se abre para mostrar su contenido.

Todo el Retiro se cubre de un color dorado que dura hasta que caen todas las hojas en Noviembre pero, mientras tanto, podemos disfrutar otro año más de este maravilloso espectáculo de color otoñal.

As every year the Indian Chestnut of Retiro Park in Madrid are the first to tell us that autumn has arrived bringing his green color to red, as if it were a flag and covering the paths with a carpet of leaves rustling in our way.

Its ripe fruit chestnut can not eat, naturally falls to the ground wrapped in her green and thorny cover that opens to reveal its contents.

All Retiro Park is covered with a golden color that lasts until all the leaves fall in November but, meanwhile, we can enjoy another year of this wonderful show of fall color.

Dinan es una de las más bellas representaciones de la arquitectura medieval de la Bretaña francesa con sus casas de entramado en las que se mezcla el adobe entre las placas de madera en sus fachadas.  

Dinan est une de les plus belles représentations de l'architecture médiévale de la Bretagne française avec ses maisons à colombages dans le mix adobe de plaques de bois sur leurs façades.

Dinan is one the most beautiful representations of the medieval architecture of Brittany with its half-timbered houses in the adobe mix of wood plates on their facades.

San Michel donde se unen el Mar, el Cielo y la Tierra. Saint Michel où ils rejoint la mer, ciel et terre. Saint Michel where it joins the sea, sky and earth

Cuenta la leyenda que el Arcangel San Miguel, jefe de la milicia celeste,  se apareció en el año 708 a Aubert, Obispo de Avranches, y le ordenó que construyera un santuario que uniera el Mar, el Cielo y la Tierra. El lugar elegido sólo podría ser el Monte Tombe que se encuentra en una isla mareal del estuario del río Couesnon en Normandía, Francia, donde al retirarse el mar con la marea baja no se consigue ver el horizonte como podréis ver en las fotos de más abajo.

Raconte la légende que Arcangel San Miguel, chef de la milice céleste, est apparu dans 708 à Aubert, l'évêque d'Avranches, et lui ordonna de construire un sanctuaire pour rejoindre la Mer, le Ciel et la Terre. Le site choisi ne pouvait être l'autre que le mont Tombe, dans la Normandie, France, qui se trouve dans une île de marée dans l'estuaire de la rivière Couesnon , où quand la mer se retire à marée basse ne reçoivent pas de voir l'horizon comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos ci-dessous.

Legend says that San Miguel Arcangel, chief of the celestial militia, appeared in 708 to Aubert, Bishop of Avranches, and ordered him to build a shrine to join the Sea, Heaven and Earth.  The site chosen could only be Mount Tombe, in Normandie, France, located in a tidal island in the Couesnon river estuary where the sea to retire at low tide does not get to see the horizon as you can see in the pictures below.
