Madrid se llena de luz en Navidad. Madrid is filled with light for Christmas.

Como cada Navidad Madrid se enciende con miles de luces que invita a propios y visitantes a lanzarse a sus calles para darse un baño de luz multicolor y moverse de un lado para otro sin destino fijo, sólo donde las luces les lleven. El pretexto que se cuentan ellos mismos es ir hacer compras de Navidad pero realmente son las luces las que les atraen como el flautista de Hamelin. No pueden evitarlo. La noche se rompe y la luz les atrae proporcionándoles esa alegría y felicidad que buscan sin descanso a lo largo de toda su vida.

Madrid se embellece aun más si cabe en Navidad con esta luminosidad que un año más nos recuerda que debemos de disfrutar de este suspiro que es la Vida, y si de paso lo hacemos un poco de Bien a los demás pues mejor que mejor.

Edificio Carrión y calle Gran Vía

Si vivís en Madrid o estáis de paso os recomiendo que no os perdáis las vistas que se pueden admirar desde la terraza de la recién reformada cafetería de los almacenes El Corte Inglés de Callao.

Desde la calle Gran Vía hasta los tejados del Palacio Real, el Teatro Real y el misa Puerta del Sol son una preciosa panorámica que puedes admirar tras cristaleras o al aire libre en la elegante terraza mientras tomas una copa o saboreas alguna tapa.
