En el lado Norte de  la Plaza Mayor de Madrid se encuentra situada la Casa de la Panadería, que a mucha gente la pasa desapercibida pero que se encuentra pintada desde 1992 con unos bellos frescos que representan personajes mitológicos como Cariátide, Cibeles, Proserpina, Baco o Cupido y otros, relacionados de alguna manera con la historia de la Plaza Mayor, que brotaron de la imaginación del pintor Carlos Franco que fue quien ganó el concurso restringido en 1988 convocado por el Ayuntamiento de Madrid.

On the north side of the Plaza Mayor of Madrid is located the House Bakery, which many people goes unnoticed but is painted since 1992 with some beautiful frescoes representing mythological characters like Caryatid, Cibeles, Proserpina, Bacchus and Cupid and other related in any way with the history of the Plaza Mayor, which sprang from the imagination of the painter Carlos Franco who won in 1988 restricted competition organized by the City Hall of Madrid.

Una de las mejores atracciones que tiene Madrid en Navidad es pasear por sus calles y observar la multitud de gente que se concentra en los alrededores de la Puerta del Sol y de la Plaza Mayor.

Paseando entre la multitud podemos disfrutar aquí y allí de los artistas callejeros que cada año se superan en imaginación y en la sofisticación de sus disfraces que muestran en posturas imposibles haciendo las delicias de los paseantes.

Bath

Bath es una preciosa ciudad balneario situada en el sudoeste de Inglaterra que fue fundada como un complejo termal por los romanos. Estos construyeron el complejo y un templo en las colinas adyacentes en el valle del río Avon, alrededor de la fuente de las aguas termales. Tiempo después, se popularizó por sus aguas termales durante la Época Georgiana, lo cual propició una gran expansión y dejó un reconocido legado arquitectónico georgiano para cuya construcción se utilizó piedra de Bath.

Bath is a beautiful spa city located in southwest England. It was founded as a spa resort by the Romans. They built the resort and a temple in the hills, in the valley of the River Avon, near the source of the hot springs. Later, it became popular for its thermal waters during the Georgian Era, which led to a great expansion and left a renowned Georgian architectural legacy for which construction Bath stone was used.
